Crystal Lake Club is a beautiful 55+ manufactured home community, on approximately 175 acres, has its own private executive 18-hole golf course for residents (and their overnight guests) only. There are also 8 shuffleboard courts, 2 bocce ball courts, 2 horseshoe pits and 2 tennis courts.  The tennis courts also have lines for 3 pickle ball  courts.  This community of over 500 homes has 450 feet of shoreline on crystal clear, spring-fed Lake Denton (one of the three clearest fresh water lakes in the State of Florida).  There's a boat launch and dock. A magnificent clubhouse sits at the lakeside, and contains a large recreation hall with kitchen facilities, a library/card room, a billiards room, card room, computer room and exercise room. A large heated pool and hot tub are located beside the clubhouse.

 

If an agreement is reached between the landlord and prospective tenant, they must be approved by CLC management.  Prospective homeowners, renters and long-term visitors must complete & submit to the on-site Operations Director a Residency or Rental Application, along with a check for $25 per applicant, payable to Crystal Lake Club, 533 E. Crystal Lake Drive, Avon Park, FL 33825.   Applicants may not have a felony conviction or be a registered sex offender.  Applicants must have a good credit score and provide bank statements that provide proof of income.  Income requirements are at the discretion of the community management.  Please don't make a residency application without landlord approval.
